What Does Justice For Ricky Ball Really Look Like?
Video by: Steve Rogers WTVA News This video illustrates the deadly and unusual scheme that took place on 10/16/2015, the night Ricky Ball was murdered. Notice in the very beginning of this video how a police officer rushes up to block the news camera's view as the firefighters and EMTs load Ricky Ball into the ambulance. If you stop the video at about the 1 second mark, you can see this officer looking over the top of the police car at the news camera crew before he rushes up to block the news camera's view. This one instance in the very beginning of this video shows you that these officers were up to no good that night. The EMTs did not need him to signal them to load Ricky Ball into the ambulance. EMTs load people into ambulances regularly. The EMTs didn't need an officer's permission to load someone this time. That was all a show on this officer's part just so he would be in position to block the news camera's view. Who is this officer? AND, what is it that he and the others out there are trying to hide from the public by blocking the news camera's view?... Notice how Ricky Ball is not wearing an oxygen mask. Notice how no EMTs are walking beside him doing any type of life saving practices. One nurse said she noticed how no one is even TRYING to resuscitate Ricky Ball. Common sense would tell an EMT that a gunshot victim needs oxygen, especially when the person has been losing blood for over an hour. Was Ricky Ball already deceased and they just loaded him in the ambulance with his face uncovered to make it appear he was still alive?? Was this the reason the cop rushed up to block the news cameras view? Why were the pillows, or whatever that was, on top of Ricky? Were they trying to hide from view just how much blood Ricky had lost or how many times Ricky Ball was really shot? These and many more questions must be answered by our local, state and national investigation agencies.
Ernesto Ball was trying to get some of these answers during the community meeting at Hunt High School on 11/2/2015 about this deadly conspiracy to end Ricky Ball's life. Ernesto repeatedly asked the Interim Police Chief, Fred Shelton and others, why did it take so long (about 45 minutes) for (1) the paramedics to get permission to start treating the wounds of Ricky Ball and (2) why did it take so long (about 20 more minutes) for the paramedics to leave the scene once they had Ricky Ball loaded into the back of the ambulance? Shelton said it took the paramedics 5 minutes to get to the scene and they worked on Ricky Ball 10 minutes before they loaded Ricky into the ambulance. That would make it seem like in 15 minutes Ricky Ball was on his way to the hospital after the ambulance was dispatched. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Shelton also said Ricky was pronounced dead at the hospital and not at the scene. IF you didn't know any better, you would believe that Ricky Ball was still alive when he reached the hospital, according to Shelton's misleading comments. However, the fact is that ONCE A PERSON IS IN THE AMBULANCE HE CAN NOT BE PRONOUNCED DEAD UNTIL THEY REACH THE HOSPITAL, ANYWAY! This is because paramedics can not pronounce a person dead, ONLY a doctor or a coroner can pronounce that a person is deceased. So Shelton, once again, was not giving a direct answer to a question. Read what one EMT (paramedic) from Quora has to say about this subject: Ross Cohen, EMT There's a saying among EMTs: "No one dies on an ambulance." It's referring to the fact that you're not officially dead until a doctor says so...On a related note, there's also a saying that you're not dead until you're warm & dead-- bottom line, they all go to the ER. Written 19 Jan 2014 Ricky Ball more than likely had already passed away before the ambulance left the scene. Remember, eye witnesses have said the EMTs sat there at least 20 minutes after loading Ricky Ball into the ambulance. AND that the paramedics turned off the interior and flashing lights of the ambulance before they left the scene. You can clearly see in this video that the ambulance did not leave right away. The doors have been closed and the paramedics have gotten into the ambulance, but for some reason they are still sitting there. Also notice that the video is cut so there was a much longer amount of time that the ambulance remained on the scene other than the 30+ seconds in this video. Read below how EMTs from the site Quora say they handle gunshot wound injuries: EMTs and Paramedics: How does one treat a gunshot wound? 1. Samuel Kordik, Paramedic Educator, critical care paramedic. An EMT/Paramedic can't definitively treat gunshot wounds. What we can do is keep the patient alive long enough to get the treatment they need....The majority of our job, though, is to rapidly extricate the patient to a trauma center where a surgeon can evaluate and treat the wound... 2. Brian Schaeffer, Assistant Fire Chief Tough question... there are so many variables but primarily realize that controlling any life-threatening bleeding and maintaining the life-sustaining functions of airway/breathing/circulation will be paramount second to getting the patient to the OR. We can only do so much on a scene and the survivability oftentimes relies on our ability to get the patient to the hospital. 3. Michael Smalley ...As a medic I have no idea what the extent of the damage is. The wound track of a bullet needs to be determined by the ER and surgical staff...Call in a report to the receiving trauma facility, continue to monitor the ABCs and get them there safely and quickly... The EMTs on the scene the night Ricky Ball was murdered DID NOT follow the standard procedures that are well-known by other EMTs and themselves...WHY NOT?? Remember, there were two ambulance teams on the scene. One of the ambulance teams and the firefighters on the scene could have loaded Ricky Ball into the back of the ambulance while the other ambulance team was in the front waiting to pull off as soon as the doors were closed. We repeat, the ambulance could have been rolling as soon as the doors were closed!! THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! INSTEAD, according to eye witnesses the ambulance just sat there at least 20 more minutes while police officers kept going in and out of the back of the ambulance where Ricky Ball laid bleeding to death. EMTs are trained to put in IVs on the move also, so the whole "putting in IVs" line is not an excuse. This video clearly shows that once they loaded Ricky Ball into the ambulance, whoever was driving just sat there!!! They could have pulled off while this video was being recorded if they were really interested in saving Ricky Ball's life. The facts is, they were all complicit in the death of Ricky Ball!! When we say COMPLETE Truth and ABSOLUTE Justice, we are saying that the Entire Group who conspired to make sure Ricky Ball would not be alive to tell what happened to him MUST FACE JUSTICE...Not just Canyon Boykin, but EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL INVOLVED IN THE DEATH OF RICKY BALL. Cant wait for the investigation to be over. Can't wait to see the reaction when it comes back a justified shooting.

If it was a justified shooting, the investigation would have already been over and there would be nothing to send to the DA, Citizen knowledgeless. Who do you think the DA is gathering information on??? Surely you're knowledgeable enough to know he is not being sent information to prosecute Ricky Ball......
